Did or do you have any funds in the Icelandic banks,in
the past 6 years up to date and if so,

1) how much money,funds did/do you have in.
2) how much money,funds did north tyne side council
loose
3) what reason was it there
4) what was it's purpose,ie, what were they going to
spend the funds on?

Your request was received on 08/10/2009 and we are dealing with it under
the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

"With regard to the information on Icelandic Bank Investments referred to
in RFI 2147 previously supplied:

1) how much did N.T.C make from these so called temporary investments
from the years stated in previous questions.
2) where did the funds originally come from for the investment.
3) who benefits from the interest gained from the so called temporary
investment."
