Dear Sir or Madam,
Could you please answer the following questions.
Does Norfolk County Council receive financial advice from either
"Arlingclose" or "Butlers?"
If the Council does receive financial advice from either of the
above, could you please explain why the advice that "Councils
should not invest money in Icelandic banks" issued well before the
collapse from Arlingclose, and shortly before by Butlers, was not
followed.
