Hugh Jones made this Freedom of Information request to Conwy County Borough Council
The request was refused by Conwy County Borough Council.
From: Hugh Jones
15 May 2010
Dear Conwy Council,
I would like to learn the following, please:
1) What are the terms of the lease for the ice cream kiosk on Conwy
Quay. Specifically, I would like to know the length of the lease,
expiry date of lease, current rent paid and will the concession be
publicly advertised and go out to tender once the lease expires?
2) I note that the kiosk is currently being extended by approx 30%
in size. Does this mean the rent will be rising by 30% or some
other amount?
Thank you.
