Mr fred robinson (Account suspended) made this Freedom of Information request to Office for Judicial Complaints
Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Office for Judicial Complaints should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.
From: Mr fred robinson (Account suspended)
10 July 2009
Dear Nicola Baker,
As fred robinson I made the following FOI request.
"Will you confirm or deny your office is the correct body to direct
complaints about; the unlawful conduct of Judges and Court
Officers, and breaches of the CPR to or, should such complaints be
directed to the MOJ or HMCT."
Your last response was untrue as to matters of fact under the CPR
and that the unlawful conduct by court officers and judges is
implicitly not a matter for the Police.
I request an internal review.
Yours faithfully,
Mr fred robinson the former fred robinson
