Dear Greenwich Borough Council,
Could you please tell me:
1) How much, per month, has Hyder Consulting been paid by Greenwich
Council to work on the Greenwich town centre pedestrianisation
proposals since January 2008?
2) What selection process did Hyder have to to undergo before being
chosen to work alongside Greenwich Council on this scheme? When did
Hyder start work on the project?
3) What is Hyder's remit in terms of dealing with the Greenwich
town centre pedestrianisation scheme?
Yours faithfully,
Darryl Chamberlain

Therefore, the exemption relied upon to not disclose does not apply.
The more relevant exemption would be section 43, the commercial interest exemption, but presumably this does not apply as the Council have not quoted it. I would advise Mr Chamberlain to ask for this refusal to disclose to be reviewed.
It would seem to be in the public interest to know how much money third parties are paid by the Council for this kind of project.
If Mr Chamberlain wants to write to post a message to WGCARA.com then they will pass the comment to me and I would be glad to help him to formulate a request for review.
