Dear Sir or Madam,
Further to a recent news bulletin from the UKBA, extract below,
that the Humberside Local Immigration Team has been seeking views,
comments and questions on it's activities, can you please email me
an electronic copy of:
All the correspondence, (including any attachments) views, comments
and questions thus far sent to the email address ( NEYHLITsProject
@ homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk ) , together with any replies.
Extract:
"While enforcement is important, UKBA in NEYH would like to use the
introduction of LITs as an opportunity to work openly and
collaboratively with its partners, to improve its customers’
experience of UKBA and to improve the business environment in the
local area, and as such, would like to obtain stakeholder views on:
* Humberside’s key immigration issues, needs and priorities from
the perspective of your organisation
* current stakeholder engagement with UKBA in Humberside
* suggestions for how this engagement and the existing partnership
arrangements can be enhanced through the Humberside LIT
* if there is any value to embedding a member of the Humberside
LIT in your organisation or vice versa, and if so, for what
purpose, how long, etc. [Please note that embedding will depend on
availability of resources.]
Please send your views and / or comments or questions on either the
Humberside LIT or the roll-out of LITs in the NEYH Region to
NEYHLITsProject @ homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk by 29 May 2009."
