Julie Shrive (Account suspended) made this Freedom of Information request to Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman

The request was refused by Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.

5 July 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

The Legal service Complaints agreed to give me a LCO then wound me
up so much with no one in charge on a friday became upset as a
lawyer had taken £2000 for litigation togo back to people causing
the problem which had done 8x before. T hey then agreed then
refused this using data protection inappropriately as had noone
deputising for a manager on friday [ but didn't inform]

.On this site referred to Concilliation as a Consideration Officer
which gives me to believe don't have structure they say have like
mediators in Disability Commission . Is this legal?

This was after having colluded with fraud knowing deliberately
maladministrated .

How can I get a fair hearing as all the other agencies and lawyers
pass on or blame ?

Yours faithfully,

Julie Shrive
