Dear OLSCC Team,
Isn't this a poor show when you don't regard the above question as
serious. Do you think I haven't contacted who you say . The HMCS
caused the problem . How stupid to think they would address. Just
look at my requests . Typical .I bet the taxpayer is paying for you
to do this. Surely not legal ? What is going on? Anarchy? I
therefore request Internal review.

Again you are failing to distinguish between a Freedom of Information request, and a letter where you are asking for comments to be made on government policy. When a department advises you that they are not answering your letter under the terms of the Freedom of Information aCT THEY ARE NOT ATTEMPTING TO AVOID ANSWERING, THEY ARE SIMPLY STATING THAT YUOr letter does can not be described as a request for information.
They then try and be helpful and steer you towards the correct department but again you miss the point and think they are avoiding the answer.
You would not expect a teacher of lets say German to mark a Applied Physics A level paper, so why do you expect a public authority to answer a request which does covers information which falls outside of it's policy area.
