Dear Sir or Madam,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of HM Revenue &
Customs's handling of my FOI request 'Huitson v HM Revenue &
Customs'.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/hu...
Anyone who was in the courtroom, who works for HMRC, was there not
on a personal basis but in their capacity as an employee of HMRC
and were being remunerated by HMRC whilst in attendance. In other
words the attendance of each of these individuals was being paid
for by the taxpayer. How can public officials, carrying out
official business, be exempt from being named?
Yours faithfully,
Nigel Jagger
