Currently overdue a response from Home Office. By law, the response had to be no later than 5 September 2008.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am an Australian, living in UK on a 2 year working holiday visa.

I have submitted my HSMP on June 6th 2008 and been told by my visa
representative (1st contact) that Home office is taking longer than
usual to process visas and that at this rate HSMP could take up to
24 weeks. Is this true?
