how to complain

Stuart Hardwicke CARRUTHERS made this Freedom of Information request to Local Government Ombudsmen

The request was successful.

From: Stuart Hardwicke CARRUTHERS

8 February 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please provide a copy of the rights a complainant has to complain
about a Council under the procedures established by the LGO.

Please provide identification of the first date the LGO's codified
the processes, and the dates when these were changed (i.e. formally
authorised) by the CLAE).

This information is needed by consumers to identify what their
actual rights are under the processes established, as some
employees of the CLAE seem to have a different understanding of the
published procedures.

Yours faithfully,

Stuart Hardwicke Carruthers
