How many West Yorkshire Police Officers have criminal convictions of cautions

Dear Sir or Madam,
Under the freedom if information act i wish to know .

1: How many serving police officers in West Yorkshire have been
convicted of a criminal offence

2; How many serving police officers in West Yorkshire have been
cautioned for a criminal offence.

As ALL cautions and convictions have to be declared on their
application forms including driving offences i would find it
reasonable to have this information recorded.

Independent Police Support Group left an annotation ( 3 February 2010)

This is an unusual refusal as other forces have this information readily available and have disclosed the information under FOI including the details of the offences.

The force have a duty to disclose this information to the CPS / defence in criminal cases including disciplinary offences as defence solicitors may wish to refer to those matters if relevant to their case.

This matter should be raised again and also raised with the West Yorkshire police Authority.
