Dear Sir or Madam,

I and others have requested data on how many serving officers in
2008 at West Yorkshire Police have got convictions and/or cautions
but they fail to provide this data. I believe they have something
to hide and these figures need to be researched and disclosed
immediately as currently they have lost the moral authority to
police whilst the data is unavailable.

Other forces have disclosed the data. Why not West Yorkshire?!!

thank you for your recent request for information in relation to the number
of serving officers in West Yorkshire Police in 2008 who have convictions
and/or cautions.

I am afraid that the Police Authority does not hold this information. I
have spoken to colleagues in West Yorkshire Police with a view to
transferring your request and understand that they have already considered
your request for the same information. You are entitled to appeal
against the response of West Yorkshire Police and I am attaching the
Force's Complaints Policy.
