Dear Sir or Madam,

How many police officers have been asked to resign from Stockport
police station from 1991 to 1993 and still actively help the police
to investigate wildlife crimes up to the present date? Also, what
are the police guidelines for ex-police officers that have been
forced to resign but are still allowed by the police to actively
working as a civilian helping the police to investigate wildlife
crimes?

How many police officers have resigned from Stockport police
station from 1991 to 1993 and still actively help the police to
investigate wildlife crimes up to the present date in a civilian’s
capacity.

Dear Sir,

Can you please clarify your request. It would appear that you asking for
the same information twice. Paragraph 1 & 2 is asking for the following:

How many police officers have resigned from Stockport police
station from 1991 to 1993 and still actively help the police to
investigate wildlife crimes up to the present date in a civilian's
capacity.

I would therefore appreciate if you could re-word your request and
re-submit.

After receiving your reply, your request will then be considered and you
will receive the information requested within the statutory timescale of
20 working days as defined by the Freedom of Information Act 2000, subject
to the information not being exempt or containing reference to a third
party.

If the requested additional information has not been received by 26.05.09.
I will assume you no longer wish to proceed with this request and will
treat it as withdrawn.

Dear Sir,

I write in connection with your request for information dated 18.05.09,
which was received today by Greater Manchester Police. Your request will
now be considered in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000
(the Act). You will receive a response within the statutory timescale of
20 working days as defined by the Act, subject to the information not
being exempt or containing a reference to a third party.

In some circumstances Greater Manchester Police may be unable to achieve
this deadline. If this is likely you will be informed and given a revised
time-scale at the earliest opportunity.

There may be a fee payable for the retrieval, collation and provision of
the information you request. If this is the case you will be informed and
the 20 working day timescale will be suspended until we receive payment
from you. If you choose not to make payment then your request will remain
unanswered.

Some requests may also require either full or partial transference to
another public authority in order to answer your query in the fullest
possible way. Again, you will be informed if this is the case.
