Under the FOI Act 2000, I would like to know how many teachers, and head teachers have: 1) Signed a compromise agreement since September 2004. 2) How many of these resulted in the termination of their employment with yourselves, the council. 3) How long they had been working for the Educational Service in your Council. 4) How old they were on their day of leaving. I refer to your request for information relating to teacher compromise
agreements received on 4^th November 2009.
Please see the information in response to your questions provided below:
How many teachers and Head Teachers have:
1) Signed a compromise agreement since September 2004.
In total, eight teachers and Head Teachers signed a compromise agreement
since September 2004.
2) How many of these resulted in the termination of their employment with
yourselves, the council.
All eight cases resulted in the termination of employment.
3) How long they had been working for the Educational Service in your
Council.
4) How old they were on their day of leaving.
