Dear Sir or Madam,
Under the FOI Act 2000, I would like to know how many teachers, and
Head Teachers have:
1) Signed a compromise agreement since September 2004.
2) How many of these resulted in the termination of their
employment with yourselves, the council.
3) How long they had been working for the Educational Service in
your Council.
4) How old they were on their day of leaving.
I would be grateful if you could let me know if there is a cost to
this request.

Dear Mr Stafford,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
Your posted reply on 8th Dec does not fully conform to my request
and therefore I would like to re confirm that I wish for an
Internal Review conducted of my request (initially made 11th
December).
Your answer to my questions 1 and 2 are only calculated from 2008
which misses out the 4 years prior to this as in my request.
Furthermore, I do not agree that it is not in the public interest
to give the public the information I have requested in my questions
3 and 4.
In all of these cases, public money is at stake, and therefore as a
public body, you are accountable for this style of management.
I therefore restate, that I wish for an internal review for the
information I have requested, and that the figures should include
the years from 2004 to date. This date is now 31st December 2009.

On the 19th Dec 09 I requested that Waltham Forest hold an Internal
Review of your response to my FOI request, for the details outlined
in my last email above dated 19.12.09.
Could you confirm that an Internal Review has been initiated and
therefore a response to that Review be posted on this site.
If an Internal Review has not been initiated, can you confirm by
letting me know of the time frame for this response. It is now much
overdue.
