Dear Sir or Madam,
Under the FOI Act 2000, I would like to know how many teachers, and
Head Teachers have:

1) Signed a compromise agreement since September 2004.
2) How many of these resulted in the termination of their
employment with yourselves, the council.
3) How long they had been working for the Educational Service in
your Council.
4) How old they were on their day of leaving.
I would be grateful if you could let me know if there is a cost to
this request.

Your request for information which was received on 4 November 2009 has
been considered. Please find below the information requested.

How many teachers and head teachers have signed a compromise agreement
since September 2004?
10.

How many resulted in termination of the individual's employment?
All of them.

How long they had been working for the Educational Service in Richmond?
Their length of service within the London Borough of Richmond varied
between 7 months and 14 years for 8 of the 10 teachers/headteachers. We
no longer hold relevant data for the remaining 2.

How old were they on their last day of service?
For the 8 teachers/headteachers on whom we hold relevant data, they were
aged between 29 and 59 years old on their last day of service.

Dear Ms Ogunseye,
Thank you for your response which I appreciate.
However, would it be at all possible for just a little more detail
as this would really help me in this instance.
In particular,
Number 1)The number of teachers/head teachers to be separated out
Number 3) For their length of service to be identified - to the
year would suffice and finally,
Number 4) For their ages to be calculated, again, to the nearest
year.

I know you must be very busy but I would really appreciate this and
would be very grateful.

I am writing to request an internal review of Richmond upon Thames
Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'How many compromise
agreements have been signed by teachers and Head teachers with a
