Dear Sir or Madam,
Under the FOI Act 2000, I would like to know how many teachers, and
Head Teachers have:

employment with yourselves, the council.
3) How long they had been working for the Educational Service in
your Council.
4) How old they were on their day of leaving.
I would be grateful if you could let me know if there is a cost to

REFUSAL NOTICE

Our responses to parts three and four of your request are generalisations taken from more specific data held by the council.

The council has decided to withhold the specific data, relying on exemptions under sections 40(2) (third party personal information) and 41 (information provided in confidence) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I have determined that these exemptions apply because disclosure could potentially breach the first Principle (fair and lawful processing) and could potentially give rise to a breach of confidence.

If you are unhappy with the way your request for information has been handled, you can request a review by writing to the FOI Officer at: The London Borough of Barnet, North London Business Park, Oakleigh Road South, London, N11 1NP (email [email address]).
