How many compromise agreements have been signed by teachers and Head teachers with a result of these members of staff losing or leaving their jobs since Sep 2004.

Catherine MacArthur made this Freedom of Information request to Camden Borough Council

The request was refused by Camden Borough Council.

From: Catherine MacArthur

25 October 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

Under the FOI Act 2000, I would like to know how many teachers, and
head teachers have:

1) Signed a compromise agreement since September 2004.
2) How many of these resulted in the termination of their
employment with yourselves, the council.
3) How long they had been working for the Educational Service in
your Council.
4) How old they were on their day of leaving.
I would be grateful if you could let me know if there is a cost to
this request.

Yours faithfully,

Catherine MacArthur

You need to expand the "Show quoted sections" bit of the email to see their response. The way that whatdotheyknow detects quoted sections isn't completely reliable and in this case it's hidden real content.

Dear Mr Devenish,

Your Reference: 5626015

I have returned to our trail of communications after a little time
away and apologise for the delay in linking to your last response
5th January.

It seems that you and Camden Council are not responding to my
Freedom of Information Request enquiry as such.
You have told me that you do not hold the information that I am
requesting and your internal review seemed to have focused on the
lateness of your initial response to my FOI request - not the
information that was detailed within it.

I am therefore asking that my request for the information I
requested on 25th October 09 be Internally reviewed. In my view, if
you do not hold the information, then it is your duty to find this
information for public scrutiny. That was why I asked for the
Internal Review.

Yours sincerely,

Catherine MacArthur
