Dear Liane Cotterill,
Thank you for your reply to my Freedom of Information request.
Unfortunately,I feel you may have misunderstood my questions and
your response does not answer the specific questions which I asked.
I am specifically interested in how many GP's who having submitted
a letter stating their intention to retire but return to practice,
from 2004 onwards, have been removed from the performers list and
had to reapply.
I also asked how many GP's who have submitted a letter stating
their intention to retire but return to practice, from 2004
onwards, have had there entry on the performers list simply amended
and not had to reapply.
I hope this clarifies any confusion. Many thanks for your help.
Yours sincerely,
Milan Kumar
