Dear Jonathan Mayston,
I submitted a Freedom of Information request on 18th May 2008. My
request was as follows.
How many GP's who have retired but continued to practice, since
2004, have had their entry on the performers list removed and had
to reapply?
How many GP's who have retired but continued to practice, since
2004, have had their entry on the performers list ammended and not
had to reapply?
A response was due by 17th June 2008, under the Freedom of
Information Act, but has not been received. I would be grateful if
you could give this matter your full attention.

Dear Mr Kumar,
Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to you. Firstly
our records don't go back to 2004 but since 1.4.05-31.3.08 only 4
doctors in Hammersmith & Fulham have actually retired and two have
continued to practice, had their particulars amended and not reapplied
2 Doctors retired and did not wish to go back onto the performers list.
I hope this answers your query but if I can be of any further
information please do not hesitate in contacting me.
