1. What was the allocated Housing Revenue account budget for
Resident Participation for financial years 2006/7, 2007/8 & 2008/9?
What was the actual achieved expenditure for the same periods?
2. What cashable and non cashable savings were estimated and what
have been achieved in the financial years 2007/8 and 2008/9 as a
result of the Housing Department staff restructuring?
3. What expenditure has been recharged to the Housing Revenue
Account from the Comptroller and City Solicitors Dept for financial
years 2006/7, 2007/8 & 2008/9 ?
4. What has the total charge to the Housing Revenue Account for the
Inspace Repairs and Maintenance Service been for the following
financial years, 2006/7, 2007/8 & 2008/9? What expenditure has
there been with the same contractor for work on the ‘Decent Homes’
programme for the same periods?
5. What expenditure has been charged to the Housing Revenue Account
for works on the Avondale Square Community Centre in the following
years, 2001/2, 2002/3, 2003/4, 2004/5, 2005/6, 2006/7. 2007/8.
2008/9 ?
6. Has the City of London Corporation awarded any grants, rent
holidays, or any other cashable, non- cashable benefit to the
Avondale Community Association Ltd in the following financial years
