Please can you provide the following information

1) How many new residential units were completed within the City
Centre (neighbourhood partnership area or equivalent ward areas) in
years 2005-2006, 2006- 2007 and 2007-2008.

2) How many new 'affordable' (please detail whether sold at
discount or social housing) residential units were provided within
the City Centre (neighbourhood partnership area or equivalent ward
areas) in years 2005-2006, 2006-2007 and 2007-2008.

Dear Avril Kirkwood,

Thank you for the information.
You have indicated almost 400 housing completions in City Centre
from 2005 - 2008 of which 35 affordable homes were completed in
2006/7 for rent, can you please identify where these 35 are located
and whether they are owned/managed by a housing association or CEC.
