Dear Sir or Madam,

It is reported that WLDC, which passed on its housing
responsibilities to a failed Housing Association, ACIS Group
Gainsborough Lincs. That association, currently in meltdown, has
clearly failed and WLDC are taking back 'certain functions' of
their statutory obligations.

What precisely are these functions which are said the be resumed by
WLDC>

Dear FOI,

Thank you for the information supplied on 4th June 2009 in response
to FOI request No. 565.

Kindly now supply the following informtkon :

1 The date of your transfer of the Home Options Service to ACIS
Group

2 Documentary evidence of the terms of such transfer.

3. What policies and procedures were in place to ensure the
efficient running of the service by ACIS.

4. Please supply all council minutes referring to the retransfer of
the above service.

5. Does the Home Options Service include provision for
ACIS to 'commission' WLDC ASB 'team' to make investigations ?

6.Copy of relevant documents indicating what procedures and
policies will be in place after
retransfer of the Home Options Service.
