last 10 years. How many are British and how many are non British?

Dear Ms Brown,

Further to your recent Freedom of Information request, please find below
our response.

Housing Benefit allowances are dependent on the rent payable on
properties.

In relation to your query regarding Clapham I should advise that the
Council have no control over the boundaries for Broad Rental Market
Areas (BRMAs) or the rental values set within these areas. These are
set by the Rent Service based on their own criteria and evidence.
Lambeth currently falls within two BRMAs, 'inner south east' and 'inner
south west' with lower rental market values being recorded in inner
south east. The majority of Lambeth falls within the inner south east
BRMA.

In relation to your second question, any postcodes missing from The Rent
Service website are the responsibility of The Rent Service.
