Dear Swindon Council,

Myself and many others who have now been the victims of the
unsociable behaviour exhibited by mostly council/tax payer funded
unemployed young persons within housing provided courtesy of SBC,
wish to ascertain the EXACT number of taxpayer funded non
employed(not disabled) persons under the age of 21 currently being
funded by UK and Community Charge payers in the year commencing
31/12/2009-07/06/2010.

There are 523 claimants which meet the following criteria.

Search criteria used:
Are current claimants with a claim period start date which either
commenced before or after the 31/12/09 to 07/06/10.
Under 21 years of age

Not disabled (e.g. have personal status of Disablement Benefit or Severe
Disablement Benefit) Do not have an income type of EARN on there claim to
show they are in employments All of these claims are a mixture of Housing
Benefit & Council Tax Benefit or both.

If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received in relation to
your request and wish to make a complaint or request a review, you should

The complaints/review procedure involves a full review and an examination
of all the information by the Council's Monitoring Officer.

you have exhausted the Council's own complaints procedure.
