Dear Sir or Madam,

Under the freedom of information act, I'd like to ask the following
question

a) in the last twelve months how many offers of hospitality have
been received by the University's IT department
b) for each of the offers that have been accepted
bi) what form did the hospitality take
bii) the number and grade of staff that partook in the hospitality
biii) the estimated value of the hospitality

The reply is hidden inside the "show quoted sections option". The main part of it is:

"We have evidence that you are using a pseudonym and this renders the request invalid. Please refer to http://foi.lancs.ac.uk/ for guidance on making a request under the Freedom of Information Act."

You should reply saying either that you are not using a pseudonym, or if you are read the following and quote parts of it to them:
