Dear Sir or Madam,
Since the initial Hospital building dev. on The Park, please advise
of any undertaking or commitment, made by the hospital, regarding
it's future requirements for land, in the periodic negotiations for
extensions to car parks and increased hospital related building
space. Please attach also dates/details of those undertakings and
commitments and statements of intent, at the time. Thank you

Yours faithfully,

VAL CURTIS

I am dissatisfied with this response - again deflected from PCT Exec. to 'hospital information access dept'; not good enough.
This is disgraceful service from a 'Public service'. WHY HAVE THESE 'HEALTH SERVICES' SO ALIENATED THE TRUST OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC WITH THIS LACK OF TRANSPARENCY AND OPEN COMMUNICATION? The PCT is the governing body, over and above lesser institutions; i.e the hospital

ALSO, Ms. Doran made reference to 'Warrens'. My question was not about that...my question was about 'Parking', and previous undertakings in relation to any further expansion of parking facilities onto Arrowe Country Park, greenbelt land - nowhere, except in Ms. Doran's mind was the 'W' word mentioned. She has inserted this for herself..this was not in my request. Ms. Val Curtis

Dear Helen Waterman,

I am disgusted with the lack of openness and deplorable tactics
employed by this 'public service' body. Shame on the organisation!
I could certainly never have imagined the degree of deviousness and
harsh single minded despotism at work, in this 'institution'.
Appalling. How could we ever respect again, or allow ourselves
anywhere near the 'care' of such a secretive institution; so afraid
of openness and accountability. Public disgrace.
There is no reason on earth, except institutional prejudice, why
these F.O.I requests should not have been transferred internally.
Shame on you all, for participating without conscience in attempts
to destroy and do down, all that is good and healthy and democratic
in our communities. Health...what a joke. Many, many people can
have no respect for this terrible institution. I would like our
requested meeting with the employee, (whose managers must be
PCT.....) Mr. Richards, who chooses to ignore requests from the
Public. We know why this institution deliberately engages in
delaying tactics!

Yours sincerely,

VAL CURTIS

I have re directed this request directly to Len Richards, Chief Exec. Arrowe Park Hospital, though I cannot see why this request could not have been internally directed. VAL CURTIS
