IT SEEMS THAT MY REQUEST MUST BE RE DIRECTED TO: accesstoinformationoffice@whnt.nhs.uk ; one would have thought that the PCT Exec. could supply it! A useful bit of time wasting stalling...to think these are our 'PUBLIC SERVICES'!!!!!!!!
