Dear Mr/s Dewsbury
I am writing with reference to your recent Freedom of Information
request.
In order for us to be able to process your request and ensure we send
you the information you are asking for, firstly I need to clarify your
request.
Question 1) There is no formal status as 'registered' homeless. Do you
mean those approaching the Council for assistance under homelessness
legislation who are owed a limited duty, such as advice and assistance.
Or are you asking about those who are accepted as homeless?
Question 2) Could you please be more specific as to what you mean by
funds allocated?
Once we have received your clarification we will be able to continue to
process your request within the 20 working day statutory timescale
unless the information is exempt or we require additional time to
consider whether disclosure is in the public interest in accordance with
section 10(3) of the Act.
Yours sincerely

Dear HANR Freedom of Information,
Thank you for your reply. In answer to your first query, yes, I
mean those who are accepted as homeless. For your second query, I'm
referring to how much money was spent on homeless people or any
cause related to homelessness.
Yours sincerely,
R Dewsbury
