2008.

2) The total amount of funds allocated for any cause related to
homelessness throughout all of the council's departments in 2008.

1)The total number of people who were registered as homeless in 2008.

There were 5,431 homeless applications received in 2008 (Calendar Year)

There were 5,430 homeless applications recevied in 2008/09 (Financial
Year)

2) The total amount of funds allocated for any cause related to
homelessness throughout all of the council's departments in 2008.

We receive **701K a year from central government for services to prevent
homelessness

Whilst we have undertaken a thorough search of the information held by
Birmingham City Council, it may be that, due to the size and amount of
information held by Birmingham City Council, some information may have
been inadvertently missed.

If you have any information which may assist us in determining or locating
any missed information, we would be grateful if you would contact us with
details of this information, so that we can conduct a further search.
