Dear Sir or Madam,

Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act I would like to
know:

1. The number of persons in the local authority of compulsory
school age who are, or claimed to be, Electively Home Educated and
who have been either suspected of or found to be involved in child
abuse, child neglect, forced marriage, sexual exploitation or
domestic servitude.

2. How many (if any) Serious Case Reviews or Joint Area Reviews
have reported with respect to home educated children in the LA.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Do the Isles of Scilly not have a link to WhatDoTheyKnow.com?

I made a request under the FOIA to you on 28th March 2009, I
received no acknowledgment. On 30th April I requested you conduct
an Internal Review, I received no acknowledgment.

Will you please acknowledge this e-mail and advise me of your
intentions. My next step will be to write to the Information
Commissioner's Office.

They have answered other FOI requests here so they clearly receive them!

So many LAs are avoiding this question directly and indirectly that I wonder if it requires a general instruction from the Information Commissioner?
