Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to know:

A. The number of persons in the local authority of compulsory
school age who are, or claimed to be, electively home educated and
who have been either suspected or found to be involved in child
abuse, neglect, forced marriage, sexual exploitation or domestic
servitude.

B. How many (if any) Serious Case Reviews or Joint Area Reviews
have reported with respect to home educated children in the LA.

I refer to my request for information dated the 28th March 2009.

The Freedom of Information Act requires that a response should have
been received by the 29th April 2009.

I would be grateful for your reply indicating the status of my
request and why the information has not be made available as is
required under the provisions of the act
