Dear Kevin,
I refer to your recent freedom of information request regarding Home Education and abuse - statistics and apologise for the delay in replying.
I have now received the following information from the service concerned:
There have been none which relate specifically to home education, and as to the issue re numbers of home educated children who may have been involved in the issues raised. I think this would be impossible to collate effectively. This is because we don't collate management information in a way which would enable groupings of this nature to be identified.
I regret that I cannot be of any further assistance on this occasion.
Yours faithfully
