Dear Sir or Madam,
Please may I ask you to state the number of times that Holborn
police have fined suspects/offenders in the last 10 years for the
following:
1 assaulting a child
2 assaulting a neighbour
3 threatening a neighbour with violence
4. causing criminal damage to a neighbour's council home
5 threatening a neighbour with violence, assaulting the neighbour's
child, assaulting the neighbour and causing criminal damage to the
neighbours council home.
Please may I ask you to give the correct number for each of the
above five categories in your reply.

I write in connection with your request for information which was
received by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) on 19 September 2008. I
note you seek access to the following information:
* Please may I ask you to state the number of times that Holborn
police have fined suspects/offenders in the last 10 years for the
following:
* 1 assaulting a child
* 2 assaulting a neighbour
* 3 threatening a neighbour with violence
* 4. causing criminal damage to a neighbour's council home
* 5 threatening a neighbour with violence, assaulting the neighbour's
child, assaulting the neighbour and causing criminal damage to the
neighbours council home.
* Please may I ask you to give the correct number for each of the above
five categories in your reply.
Your request will now be considered in accordance with the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 (the Act). You will receive a response within
the statutory timescale of 20 working days as defined by the Act,
subject to the information not being exempt or containing a reference
to a third party. In some circumstances the MPS may be unable to
achieve this deadline. If this is likely you will be informed and
given a revised time-scale at the earliest opportunity.
Some requests may also require either full or partial transference to
another public authority in order to answer your query in the fullest
possible way. Again, you will be informed if this is the case.
Your attention is drawn to the attached sheet which details your right
of complaint.

COMPLAINT RIGHTS

The parameter of you request is to wide, you need to define exactly
what information you require.
For instance to you want to know if the person/persons were cautioned,
sentenced, warned?
Also to get the information for the last 10 years this would take over
the alloted time so your request needs to be scaled down.
So at this stage we are unable to assist you any further with your
request.
