Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you to request information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. In order to assist you with this request, I
am outlining my query as specifically as possible.

What advice or instruction has HM Treasury given on the use of
"charging orders" and or "orders for sale" to banks or building
societies?

I am interested in any information held by HM Treasury
regarding my request. I understand that I do not have to specify
particular files or documents and that it is your responsibility to
provide the information I require.

I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have
received this request. I look forward to your full response within
the statutory 20 working days.

Thank you in advance for your help with this request.

Yours faithfully,

Will Parbury
