Please give details of hire of Haverfordwest Magistrates Court for
the granting of liability orders regarding unpaid council tax
1. Do Pembrokeshire Council hire Haverfordwest Magistrates Court
for the granting of liability orders regarding unpaid council tax?
2. If Pembrokeshire Council hire Haverfordwest Magistrates Court
for the granting of liability orders regarding unpaid council tax
how much does this cost the council and ultimately the taxpayer per
month? (if monthly figures differ the total figure for 2008 will
suffice)
3. If Pembrokeshire Council hire Haverfordwest Magistrates Court
for the granting of liability orders regarding unpaid council tax
can the hearings be considered impartial?
4. If Pembrokeshire Council hire Haverfordwest Magistrates Court
for the granting of liability orders regarding unpaid council tax
do you also employ the Magistrates and court staff?
