Dear Mark Ralling (HT Programme Manager),

On 11 AUgust you wrote to me promising a response. To date this has
not been received. I know ECC maintain an internal log of all FOI
requests, and I should wish to know the reason for this
non-compliance.

Should a datisfactory answer not be recieved within 7 days I will
take the issue further to the councillors responsible.

many thanks and yours sincerely,

Joe Higham
