Dear Essex County Council,
Please supply MS-Excel files showing the last TEN years of speed
loop data collected within the Parish of Littlebury.
If necessary, please focus on the High Street.
Please identify specifically each location on an appropriately
scaled Map, allowing a member of the public to accurately ascertain
each loop's location.
The supply of ECC location codes is not adequate to determine the
loop's location.
Please use electronic means to send the data.

Dear Mark Ralling (HT Programme Manager),
On 11 August you wrote to me promising a response. To date this has
not been received. I know ECC maintain an internal log of all FOI
requests, and I should wish to know the reason for this
non-compliance.
Should a satisfactory answer not be recieved within 7 days I will
take the issue further to the councillors responsible.
