Hereditaments in receipt of SBRR

Dear West Lancashire District Council,

Please would you be kind enough to provide me with the following
information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:-

Company name, addresses, rateable values and ba reference numbers
of commercial properties within your Council with rateable values
between £4,000 to £8,000 who ARE in receipt of their small business
rate relief.
