I refer to your Freedom of Information request dated dated 15 April 2010
for the following information.

Company name, addresses, rateable values and ba reference numbers of
commercial properties within your Council with rateable values between
£4,000 to £8,000 who ARE in receipt of their small business rate
relief.

Please find attached a list detailing the information you require for
organisations only. I regret that I am unable to provide information in
respect of individuals as this information is exempt under section 40
(personal information) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
