Dear Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs,

According to the bovine TB statistics on the DEFRA website, the
details for 'Herds under movement restriction' in Wales for 2008,
2009 and Feb 2010 are as follows:

2008

Dyfed

Herds under movement restriction: 1,017
TB tests overdue: 630

Wales total

Herds under movement restriction: 1,848
TB tests overdue: 1,160

2009

Dyfed

Herds under movement restriction: 697
TB tests overdue: 373

Wales total

Herds under movement restriction: 1,240
TB tests overdue: 670

Feb 2010

Dyfed

Herds under movement restriction: 699
TB tests overdue: 391

Wales total

Herds under movement restriction: 1,117
TB tests overdue: 702

Q. The figures that are on the website only go up to Feb 2010.
Could you please send me the latest figures you have for 'Herds
under movement restriction' and 'TB tests overdue' for Dyfed and
for Wales in total? Could you also send me the same figures (if you
have them) for the end of Mar 2010, the end of Apr 2010 and the end
of May 2010.
