Dear Hillingdon Borough Council,
Under the Environmental Information Regulations, please could you
provide me with information on meetings that have taken place with
BAA to discuss the draft SOCC (Statement of Community Consultation)
for the Heathrow Third Runway project.
The intention to discuss this with Hillingdon was mentioned at the
Heathrow Project Board meeting on 19th August :
""BAA provided the Board with an overview of their plans for
consultation on the Heathrow R3 project.
MF summarised BAA plans under two headings – timing and content.
BAA were intending to publish a Statement of Community Consultation
(SOCC), as required under the new planning regime. Discussions had
taken place with CLG to ensure that the process of consultation was
consistent with Infrastructure Planning Commission (IPC) guidance.
The
draft SOCC would also be discussed prior to publication with LB
Hillingdon, as well as with CLG and IPC colleagues."
