Dear Sir or Madam,
will the marine bill include everything asked for like controlling
noise pollution, making all fishing sustainable , 40% of our seas
protected as no go areas for humans, and combating waste pollution,
we need to ban fishing for sand eels off britians coast as our sea
birds are in deperate need of more food
