Dear Mr Reynolds,

I have processed your request of May 22, in which you asked for the
contact details of the person/persons who have the responsibility of
dealing with all Health and Safety matters with regard to the general
public and in particular, the requirements under the Disability
Discrimination Act 1995 and 2005 at buildings owned or operated from by
the council.

The attached document shows the lines of responsibility in these areas,
