Thank you for your request for information.
I can confirm that Mr Wild, Kent County Council's Director of Law &
Governance is not the same person as you refer to below and he has never
attended a Common Purpose training course.
If you are unhappy with this response, and believe KCC has not complied
with legislation, please ask for a review by following our complaints
