I am responding to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000,
which we received on 4 February 2010 for information held by the Council.
You requested the following information:

I understand from Hammersmith and Fulhan staff that RBKC is solely
responsible for staff and record keeping, Police checks and so on at the
Haven and am asking for you to confirm this please? What (if any)
information is available to the public regarding The Haven and RBKC?

I refer you to the Council's response to your FOI requests sent on 29
January 2010. We consider your FOI requests to be vexatious and therefore
will not be responding to this request.
