You recently requested the following information:

Could you please tell me how much the production and distribution of the
postcard entitled "Have your say" cost to produce and distribute?

The postcard was distributed the week commencing January 11, 2010 in City
Hall. For clarity, I would like to know the total cost, not just the cost
for the City Hall postcards (e.g. please include other Council sites such
as Lisson Grove and Council House in the figures).

We can respond as follows:
The cost to the council for distributing postcards as part of the Have
Your Say staff feedback campaign totalled £180 excluding VAT. This
includes print, design and distribution to Lisson Grove, Council House and
City Hall.
