FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST REF: 2010-185

I am responding to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000,
which we received on 15 March 2010 for information held by the Council.
You requested the following information:

I've twice received notices of harassment (one from Violent Crime Squad
(in Croydon???) via Cecile Salinas after constant invasions *from her
sending builders down here without appointments day and night for two
years*-) when myself complaining of being harassed? Is this local policy
or usual UK policing please? Do you have any recorded information
regarding how harassment law is used against the victim rather than
actually helping or supporting a victim as I have been only been attacked
in this way locally- I've received no help for numerous relentless
bullying and violent attacks and hate-campaigns . I do not wish to go
through complaints procedures not least as they are not impartial - the
legal department seems to take pleasure in adding insult to injury and I
wonder if you have any recorded evidence of how many complaints have been
made regarding this very weird state of affairs please, and Mr. Yu, I am
not making a vexatious complaint, if vexatious means I am sick to death
with being bullied and having law broken against my good self, then yes I
am vexed and wonder who is training the staff to add gargantuan insult to
injury instead of apologising, so no, this is a very genuine query - I am
clueless as to why such a weird practice is taking place - I get attacked,
I complain, then I am given a letter of warning f harassment TWICE? iT'S
LOOKING A TEENY BIT LIKE COLLUSION and possibly more corruption, that's
why I would like to know policy please?

Why won't RBKC stop PUTTING THE BOOT IN? I am sad RBKC is now an
apparently a serial bully-council and sadly has that reputation now, how
sad.

I'd appreciate any recorded information you have pertaining to complaints
against police brutality and brutality form the council please,

29 January and 4 March 2010. We consider your FOI requests to be vexatious
and therefore will not be responding to this request.
