Dear Sir or Madam,
I am making a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I
would like to know for the period 1 January 2000 to 1 November
2009:
(a) how many FOI requests the University (including the CRU) have
received regarding climate change and climate change data, broken
down by calendar year;
(b) for each year listed in (a) please provide a breakdown of the
outcome of the requests, i.e. was the request met in full, the
request partially met, the request denied, or the request ignored;
(c) for each year listed in (a) please provide the average time to
fully respond to the requests (i.e. ignoring any acknowledgement,
what is the average number of working days from the receipt to the
formal response for these requests);
(d) For all of the partially satisfied or denied requests in the
period 1 January 2000 to 1 November 2009, please provide a
breakdown of the reasons given for the refusal to provide the
information requested.
